Queen of Shadows

By Sarah J. Maas

Publisher: Bloomsbury    Pages: 645

Rated: 5 Stars

Sarah J. Maas did it again!

I started the Throne of Glass series in late November/early December 2015 and I couldn’t put them down.

Queen of Shadows, book four (or five depending if you count The Assassin’s Blade book of novellas), really hooked me in. Questions were being answered and plots for revenge from book one started to make an impact.

Aelin has really grown since the first book and this continues throughout this book. What with more characters coming into the world and the depth of the darkness that threatens them getting thicker and thicker, I can’t get enough!

I love a lot of the characters in the series and have found this book the only one so far I haven’t cried at the end of.

I can’t give enough praise for this series and the intricate story and ideas that Sarah has come up with.

Empire of Storms is due out later in September 2016 and any book I am reading at the time will be put down for this one!
